About me and the website.

My name is Pete Horning. I created this site in order to share my thoughts and pictures with others. I will constantly be adding content, so check back often. Enjoy browsing and feel free to drop me a line if you wish.

All photos including people who are identifiable will be kept behind password protected areas. If you are part of the family and friends, contact me for access. If you have been given access, please do not share the password with others without getting permission from myself.

All photos were taken by me using Canon gear or sometimes my cell phone. I follow the National Audubon Society ethics guidelines regarding photographing birds so as not to disturb nature. I recommend checking out their site and contributing to their cause.

I enjoy helping new photographers with technical questions, so feel free to ask.
